LastPass was installed and worked just fine in Chrome; however, LastPass wasn't listed as an extension in IE-11. In Windows Store I could not launch it because it was "already installed." Here's the Solution I found. It worked for me and I hope it works for you. You don't have to read any further unless you want to.
