forrest-- thanks for this tip, i had the same problem and disabling 'secure boot' in my hp laptop's bios menu enabled me to install via usb drive.

Ich habe noch Hersteller-Garantie von HP auf dem Notebook und das Notebook ist bei HP registriert. Nach dem Einschalten kommt die Meldung: "selected bootimage did not authenticate -ENTER" Nachdem ich dann ENTER, schaltet das Notebook AUS. Fazit: Ich komme nicht mit ESC oder F10 ins BOOT-Programm, um Änderungen zB SECURE BOOT durchzuführen.
